First Tennessee Pavilion

The First Tennessee Pavilion was formerly the home of the Ross Meehan Foundry. This adaptive re-use received an AIA Gulf States Regional Design Award. As seen in the “before” photos, the foundry building was in a state of total disrepair. In fact it was planned to be torn down in an effort to "clean-up" the area. We led the effort to secure funding to restore this structure as a large covered open air pavilion. The pavilion is a great success and hosts tailgate parties, a weekly locally grown produce market and assortment of other events.
