Chattanooga Golf and Country Club

Project Description

30,000 sf Renovation
30,000 sf Addition
$5.2 Million

This addition and remodeling to a historic 19th century clubhouse increased the 30,000 square foot structure to double its' original size, retaining the overall character of the building, while providing guests and members with picturesque views of the golf course and adjacent Tennessee River. A new family grill, several private dining rooms, an expanded pro shop, a 275 seat ballroom, and new administrative, maintenance, and accounting offices were constructed as part of this $5.2 million restoration project. In addition, the extensive renovation process included a transformation of the original ballroom into a large living room, an expansion of the second floor dining room into a bar, and the relocation of the bar into an adjacent lounge. As an adjunct to the clubhouse expansion, a new swimming facility was created, which included a building designed in the clubhouse vernacular containing dressing rooms, office space, and a full-service kitchen and grill. Extensive art, accessories, and furnishings were also part of our services for the project.
