Project Description

DHW served as Project Manager for this 42,000 square foot facility at the water source in the Blue Ridge mountains. In addition to traditional design services we assisted in site selection and procurement of equipment, developed bid packages for equipment, site work. sewer system, two building packages and interior office furnishings. We also negotiated with nearby neighbors extending then connecting them to a public sewer system.
