Project Description

The Aquatic and Recreation Center, lovingly referred to as the ARC, is the home of UTC recreation for all current students, faculty, staff and alumni. The building is located across from the McKenzie Arena, at the major vehicular entrance to the campus. This three story structure provides a state of the art fitness center for the general student population. Amenities include a multi-sport court, indoor track, exercise space, lockers, and a rock climbing tower. The new multipurpose pool facility provides a lazy river, spa, water slide, and lap pool, along with other pool activities. The lazy river water flow can be adjusted to provide a robust current for white water classes and tubing.
